Delete your loviu account

loviu (published by I Magna Films Limited) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the loviu app and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon (top right) to open Settings.
3. Open the Your data section.
4. Tap Delete my account.
5. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile (name, relationship details, onboarding answers)
• Your profile photo
• Your diary entries and logs
• Your subscription link to the app (the subscription itself is managed and cancelled through your app store account)

Deletion is immediate and permanent — we don't keep your data after deletion, and there is no additional retention period. If you synced with a partner, your partner keeps their own account and their own copy of the shared diary.

Delete your data without deleting your account

You can also erase your diary without closing your account:

• Delete all logs: in the loviu app, open Settings → Your data → Delete my logs. Every clash and connection entry is permanently deleted, immediately, with no retention period. Your account, profile and settings are kept.
• Delete a single entry: open the entry from the calendar or history and delete it.
• Remove your profile photo or edit profile data: in Settings → My account.

Can't access the app?

Email us at contact@lovi-u.com from the email address linked to your account and we'll delete your account for you.
